NEGLIGENT DRIVING CHARGE DISMISSED

[Pee United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, June 28. A taxi driver, Clarence David Mow ton, was charged in the Magistrate’# Court to-day with negligent driving so as to cause the death of Annie Maria Ramble. The charge was dismissed, and at the inquest a verdict was returned that Mrs Ramble died on May 25 from laceration of the brain caused on May 19 when she was knocked down by a car driven by Clarence Murphy Morton.
