M MACDONALD AND MR SAVAGE CONFER VARIOUS POINTS DISCUSSED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, Juno 22. (Received June 23, at noon.) Mr Savage conferred on migration with Mr Malcolm MacDonald. This concluded a series of important talks on this subject. Mr MacDonald arranged to send full particulars of the organisation and types of people available when New Zealand is ready to resume migration. It is understood that this will include assisted passages and other forms of financial aid. Ho stressed the point that Britain would prefer to send out young men, and let New Zealand train them in farm work. Mr Savage pointed out that his Government was moving very rapidly, and had already reduced unemployment considerably. When local employables wore in work lie would bo ready to discuss bringing out English people. His Government was wholeheartedly behind the idea of a resumption of migration if Britain would agree to an open market for New Zealand products. '
