(Received May 3, at 10 a.m.) Superintendent Brophy, chief of the criminal investigation branch of the police force, after examination by the Government Medical Board, ' as leen declared medically unfit to return to duty. Superintendent Brophy has been ill for many months, and the medical advico was that he was unlikely to recover unless he could rest.
