(Received April 23, at 11.30 a.m.) “ Sailor Jack Arnold, an American wrestler, was not allowed to land when the Monterey reached Melbourne yesterday. His passport was not marked for Australia, but only for <c all British possessions and New Zealand.” Arnold will have to remain on the vessel until Monday, when he will be able to return either to New Zealand or the United States.
