JAPANESE FISHING FLEET FIFTY-ONE DROWNED Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright TOKIO, April 22. Fifty-one fishermen were drowned and 170 are missing, and believed to be dead as. the result of a typhoon which struck the Japanese herring fishing fleet in the Sea of Okhotsk.
