RECIPROCAL TRADE
NEW ZEALAND AND GERMANY MR NASH'S BERLIN VISIT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, April 19. (Received April 20, at 11.45 a.m.) An increase in reciprocal trade 'was discussed by Mr Nash with representatives of the German Department of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economics. Welcoming Mr Nash, a Foreign Office official said lie was glad of the opportunity to discuss the principles of a possible trade agreement. New Zealand had goods that Germany needed, and Germany would welcome a reciprocal arrangement. Mr Nash said be hoped it would be possible to assist world peace by cooperation with Germany and other nations. This objective could be brought closer by the extension of trade arrangements.
