Groups to commence at 12/15:—275, North road, at Montague street, and 281, Kaikorai Valley road, at Hereford Form E.P. 32 (six-monthly form) is now due, and must be returned to tho employment bureau by nll_ men on scheme 5 not later than Friday next. Levy books must be presented with the completed form. Any man failing to return his form by the above date will be deleted from his group and will not receive any further relief until he has been reposted by the employment bureau.
