WAG FIXES NOTICE OF SALE [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND. April 10. “This property for sale” was the wording of a notice board observed at noon to-day on the £IO,OOO ornamental gateway leading to the Domain. The notice did not even state “ this valuable property,” but just gave the bare intimation that it was for eale, with the name of a well-known city land agent. It was evidently the nocturnal work of a practical joker, capitalising the re-cent-public controversy over the nudity of one of the figures on the gateway.
