Milford, amateur champion of England, won the world’s racquets championship at the Queen’s Club, defeating Norbet Setzler, the American professional champion, 15-4, 15-4, 15-9, 15-2. This is the first time an amateur has won the -championship since Sir William Hartdyke won it 75 years ago.
