OFFENDER FINED £3O STRONG “HOME-BREW" [Per United Press Association.] ASHBURTON, April 9. William Crellin was fined £ls on each of two charges of selling liquor without a license, having been twice previously convicted of a similar offence in the last five years. The liquor seized included two casks of “ homebrew ” containing 40 gallons, analysing at 9.53 per cent of proof-spirit.
