DIVISIONAL CONGRESS THIS MORNING'S PROCEEDINGS The annual Dunedin divisional congress of the Salvation Army was continued to-day in the Dowling Street Citadel, officers’ councils being held at both the morning and afternoon sessions. . Two addresses were given this morning—one by Lieutenant-commissioner F. Adams, territorial commander for New Zealand, and the other by Colonel Grattan, chief secretary for New Zealand. Both speakers dealt with Biblical and spiritual matters, and gave encouragement to the officers in their work. Colonel Walls, young people’s secretary, also read a paper on the work of the young people. This afternoon Colonel Burton, held secretary, presented a paper on the internal affairs of the Army. The congress will be continued this evening, when openrair meetings will be held in a.ddition to a two hours’ prayer session at the citadel.
