DEADLOCK IN NEGOTIATIONS WASHINGTON, March 11. (Received March 12, at 8 a.m.) British and American negotiations for reciprocal aviation services in connection with the proposed transatlantic operation of the _ Pan-American and. Imperial Airways lines have reached a deadlock, due to a dispute between Canadian and American officials whether Montreal or New York is to be the terminal. American officials said they were hopeful of a satisfactory compromise.
