(Received February 20, at 11.5 .a.m.)' John Green (19) and a youth of 16 were charged with stowing away from New Zealand aboard the Rangitane. It is alleged that they were ‘ troublesome and were handcuffed. _ They walked ashore at Jamaica, and it was found .that they had filed the handcuffs through with a knife. Green was sentenced to a month’s imprisonment, and his companion was sent home on remand. •*
