CORONATION CONTINGENT

TERRITORIAL REPRESENTATIVES ANNOUNCED [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, February 20. The Minister of Defence announces that, subject to their passing their final examination, the following have been selected to represent the New Zealand Territorial Forces as the Coronation contingent:—Major Leckie, Captain Frickleton, Captain Garruth, Lieutenant D. SWeetzer, Lieutenant R. W. Haddow, Lieutenant A. A. Tennant, and Flying-officer D. E. Grigg. The men are as follows: — Mounted rifles: D. 0. Watson (North Auckland); H. J. Harris and D. Wickliffe (Auckland, East Coast); L. H. Bregmen (Waikato); K. J. Murray (Wellington, West Coast); I. B. Gibbs . (Manawatu); R. H. Matthews (W ellington, East Coast); G. T. Hoare (Nelson and Marlborough) ; A. H. C. Nutt (Canterbury Yeomanry); R. Tail (Otago). , „ . Artillery: W. J. Grant and W. P. Aperahama, 21st Field Battery; J. A. Boyd, 17th Battery; L. G. Hodge, 12th Battery. , Infantry: H. D. Walters (North Auckland); H. D. Lysnar (Auckland); J. Young (Hauraki); A. H. Boulton (Waikato); H. J. Calgher (Taranaki); R. Miles (Wellington, West Coast); H. R. Heiford (Hawke’s Bay); C. James (Wellington); H. G. Williams (Nelson - Marlborough and West Coast); F. A. Gunn (Canterbury); R. Hunter (Otago); A. G. M‘Gregor (Southland). , Engineers: N. W. Arlow (Second Composite ComP'W- . , ‘ The contingent goes into camp on the 26th instant and is due to sail by the Rangitikei on March 11. The representatives of the regular forces are still to be selected, and a ballot is to be held to decide on two nurses. These names will be announced later, with the names of ten returned soldiers who :re not members of the Territorial Forces.
