WRIT REMOVED FROM MAST Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, February 18. (Received February 18, at 11 a.m.) The Union Steam Ship Company, as plaintiff, having consented, the Caradale, which was arrested following the issue of a writ for £50,000 damages against the ship, her cargo, and freight, was released yesterday. Following the issue of the release order by the High Court, the sheriff visited the Caradale and removed the writ and arrest warrant from the mast. The ship is expected to resume her schedule shortly.
