MOVEMENTS. —Coastal. — Port Whangarei sailed early this morning for Oamaru, Timaru, and Lyttelton to continue loading for Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. She is due back on February 19 to load for northern ports. . , Port Waikato arrived early this morning from the north. She loads and sails this evening for Wellington, Tauranga, Auckland, and Whangarei via Timaru and Lyttelton. Waitaki, which arrived last night from Auckland via ports, sails to-mor-row . afternoon for Oamaru, Timaru, Wellington, and •Auckland. Gale is due to-morrow morning to load and sail the same day for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. , , , Wamui is due from Wellington and Bluff on Tuesday. She loads and sails the same day for Wellington, Napier, and Gisborne via ports. Breeze is due from Bluff on Friday, February 19, to sail for Wellington and Wanganui via Timaru and Lyttelton. Waimarino, from Auckland via Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, is due here on February 17. She will sail the same day for Bluff. Storm is due here on Tuesday from Pigeon Bay to load for Wellington and Wanganui via ports. Awahou is to arrive from Wellington on February 15, to sail the same day for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and New Plymouth. —Overseas. — Polzella, from Ocean Island with phosphate cargo, is due at Ravensbourne to-morrow afternoon to complete discharge. Durham is not now expected to reach Dunedin until Tuesday. She will be here until February 22, when she will sail for Lyttelton, Wellington, Opua, Auckland, and Wanganui to load Homewards. Zealandic is due here on February 21 from London and United Kingdom ports to load. She will sail finally on February 26 from Port Chalmers for Southampton via Cape Horn and Las Palmas.
Anhalt, from Gulf of Mexico via northern ports, is due here on March o. Canadian Highlander, from Montreal via northern ports, is due here on Monday, to proceed later for Bluff to discharge. „ Port Nicholson, from Waikokopu, is due on February 20, and will sail on February 24 for Wellington. She sails finally from that port on February 27 for London via Cape Horn. Bencruachan is expected to arrive at Port Chalmers from Bluff on February 24, to sail two days later for Dunkirk. Huntingdon will return to Dunedin from Bluff on February 24 to complete loading for United Kingdom ports. She sails on February 26 for London direct: Omana is now to leave Adelaide tomorrow for Dunedin, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Portland, and is due here on February 20. Marama is scheduled to leave Melbourne on February 17 for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton, and Wellington. She is due here on February 23. Sydney Mam left Moji on January 25 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due hero on February 18, sailing the following day for Bluff, Wellington, and Auckland. Arawa left Southampton on January 22 for Wellington, Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, and Bluff. She- is due at Wellington on February 27, and Dunedin on March 4. Keifuku Maru left Miike on February 3 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on February 25, and Dunedin on March 5. Surrey is due at Dunedin on March 3 from New York via Auckland, Wellington. and Lyttelton. Cambridge is due here on March 15 from Liverpool via main northern ports. Port Denison, from New York via Auckland. Wellington, and Lyttelton, is scheduled to arrive here on March 11. Hauraki left New Westminster on February 5 for Papeete, Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on March 4 and at Dunedin about March 15. Port Hobart is due here on March 18 from Liverpool via main northern ports. Opawa, from London, discharges at Port Chalmers, Lyttelton, Timaru, and Nelson. She is due here on March 24. INTERISLAND EXPRESS. The interisland express steamer Wahine arrived at Lyttelton from Melbourne at 6.40 this morning. Passengors and mail for the south connected with the express. TRANSPACIFIC MAIL SERVICES, —Northbound. — Aorangi is to leave Sydney on Thursday for Auckland, Suva, and Honolulu. She is due at Auckland on February 22 and at Vancouver on March 12. Niagara is to leave Sydney on March 18 for Auckland, Suva, Honolulu, and Vancouver. She is due at Auckland on March 22 and at Vancouver on April 9. —Southbound.— Monterey left San Francisco on February .10 and Los Angeles yesterday for Honolulu, Pago Pago, Suva, and Auckland. She is due at Auckland on February 26, and is to sail the same day for Sydney. No call will be made at Melbourne on this voyage, and the Monterey will leave Auckland again on her schedule date, March 6. Niagara is to leave • Vancouver on Wednesday for Sydney via Honolulu, Suva, and Auckland. She is due at Auckland on March 8 and at Sydney on March 13. ' Aorangi is to leave Vancouver on March 17 for Honolulu, Suva, Auckland, and Sydney. She is due at Auckland on April 5 and at Sydney on April 10. AUSTRALIA-NEW ZEALAND. Aorangi leaves Sydney on Thursday next for Auckland, where she is due on February 22. Omana, from Edithburg, Port Lincoln, and Adelaide, discharges at Dunedin, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Portland.
