Kennedy, won the British, amateur half-mile indoor ice skating championship at Harringay from an international entry of 29." He won his heat in 88.4 sec, beating his own British record of OOsec. He won the final easily in 90.2 sec. W. Fullerton, of Scotland, was second. The titleholder, V. Tipper, of London, fell, but finished third.
