TALKING PICTURES FOR SCHOOL

For the first time in the history of the Southport School, Queensland, talking pictures have been shown at the school. The screening was' arranged by a past pupil, who used a portable talking projector made by himself, and the programme consisted of Nature,, historical, and geographical features. It is proposed by the Old Southportians’ Association to install a suitable machine at the school in the near future.
