ITALIANS OCCUPY BRITISH CUSTOMS HOUSE Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, December 18. (Received December 19, at 10 a.m.) The Italians have occupied the British Customs house at Gambela, controlling traffic to Anglo-Egyptian Sudan. [Gambela is a trading station of Abyssinia, situated 200 miles from Fasboda. It stands on a tributary of the Sobat River and is a important outlet for the trade of West Abyssinia. It was leased to _ the Sudan Government and there is steamer communication with Khart mm during the summer.]
