APPEAL COURT CASE [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, October 6. Hearing of the case of Clemow versus the Guardian Trust entered on its fourth day in the Appeal Court to-day-In considering the nature and volume of the correspondence by the deceased, Mr Henry, counsel for the respondent, submitted that, up to February 8, 1935, the whole of the letters and memoranda written by the late James Joseph Burt Veale were rational and reasonable in view of the magnitude of his estate and the .niters of which ho desired* his solicitor to take full control; _ also in view of the various people in whoso affairs the deceased whs concerned.
