HEHAGHAN BANNER COMPETITION COMPLETED The result of the competition, which has now been completecf, is:— St, Kilda, 31 points. Roslyn, 30*. North-east Valley, 27J. Caledonian, 24. Kaikorai, 194. St. Clair, 18*. Dunedin, 17. The highest break during the competition was made by C. Bertenshaw (North-east Valley), 54. J. Hope (North-east Valley) was second highest, with 51. Entries are now due for champion of champions. Club delegates _ will meet shortly. Due notice will be given. The secretary thanks gentlemen who sent in the results of matches promptly, but there were many who did not send any at all. This hick of co-operation resulted in the non-appearance of notes in the ‘ Sports Special,’ and kept members in the dark as to how the competing clubs were progressing.
