Following a motor car smash on a road near the waterfront last night, Leslie Herbert Tong, aged 21, a labourer, was arrested early this morning and charged later in tho Police Court with unlawfully concerting a car, valued at £l9O, the property of the Taupiri Dairy Company Ltd. On the application of the police, he was remanded until July 10.—Auckland Press Association.
