SUCCESSFUL FINALE AT HIS MAJESTY’S The llart-O‘Brian Celebrity Vaudeville Company brought its Dunedin season to a close on Saturday night at His Majesty’s Theatre, there being a very Jargd audience. The company was given a rousing farewell, and many tributes were handed across the footlights after the curtain h d been lowered and raised at the end of the entertainment. From the stage to the audience tho place was festooned with ribbons, and finally the audience and members of the company joined in singing ‘ A'uld Lang Sync.’ The prize for the best performance at the children’s competitions, arranged by the company, was awarded to the Stewart trio—two girls and a boy—who played mouth organs, sang, and danced. "Special mention was also made of Joy Gray who performed a song and dance number. Mr Frank o‘Brian said that tho company’s tour would conclude at Auckland, after which lie intended to take the company to Loudon.
