YOUNG MAN HANGED
PENALTY FOR SYDNEY MURDER Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, June 15. (Received Juno 16, at 1.30 p.m.) James Massey was hanged at the Long Bay Gaol at 8.30 this morning. [Massey, who was 21 years of age, shot and killed Norman_ Stead _ after attempting to rob a service station at Darlinghurst on February 24.]
