LATIN TO BE SPOKEN LANGUAGE Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, May 22. The Minister of Education will order Latin to be taught in all schools as the spoken language, not merely as a written language. Senior students will be required to speak Latin as if it were their mother tongue.
