RECIPROCAL TRADE
FRANCE AND AMERICA AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright WASHINGTON. April 29. _ It is expected that a Franco-Ameri-cau reciprocal trade agreement will be signed not later than May 15. It is believed that a relaxation of the French system of quotas and other trade barriers in connection with American industrial and agricultural products will be secured, while America will make concessions on French luxury items, such as laces, cosmetics, etc.
