PROPOSED CONCESSIONS TO EGYPT REMOVING A GRIEVANCE Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright CAIRO, April 29. (Received April 30, at 11 a.m.) The draft agreement approved by the late King Fuad is designed to remove the grievance that Egypt receives very small benefits from the Suez Canal. It provides that Egypt shall receive 200,000 Egyptian pounds annually, and have two directors on the board, and that there shall be a progressive increase in the number of Egyptians on the staff. The draft awaits the acceptance of the board.
