BOARD OF DIRECTORS The monthly meeting of the Y.M.C.A. Board of Directors was held on Monday. There were present Messrs J. L. Salmond, C. J. Darracott, J. M'Ara, W. Stevenson, M. C. Henderson, E. R. Grace, D. K. Macdonald, A. Martin, F. Breese, T. Hillikcr, N. Mollison, F. Foote, 0. M'Kinnon, and the general secretary (Mr J. H. Don. Miller). The general secretary reported that the year had opened in a most promising manner. There were increased attendances in all departments of the work, and the programme was of a high standard. The association had been asked to organise and control a youth rally addressed by Mr C. F. Andrews, the prominent Christian author. This year is the silver jubilee of the erection of the present building. The completion of 25 years of service to men and boys will be celebrated by various functions. The appointment of officers and committees was decided as follows:—President, Mr J. L. Salmond; honorary treasurer, Mr C. J. Darracott; vicepresidents—Messrs H. K. Wilkinson, J. M'Ara, J. B. Waters, C. J. Darracott; finance—Messrs C. J. Darracott. J. B. Waters, J. L. Salmond, H. K. Wilkinson, E. R. Grace, C. M'Kinnon, J. M'Ara; religious work—Messrs J. B. Waters, H. P. West, the Rev. E. T. Cox, the Rev. W. A Hamblett; boys’ work—Messrs D. K. Macdonald, E. R. Grace, A. Martin, P. Findlay, F. Breese, W. Stevenson, M. C. Henderson, F. Foote; physical—Messrs J. M'Ara, M. C. Henderson, George Salmond, A. Laurenson; house—Messrs C. M'Kinnon, N, Mollison, T. Hillikcr.
