TELEVISION PROGRAMMES
START IN BRITAIN IN MAY Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 1. (Received March 2, at 10 a.m.) Mr Gerald Cock, the Broadcasting Corporation’s director of television, says he hopes to start programmes early in May. These will experimentally include lessons in flying and horsemanship, and if successful, experts will give lessons in golf, tennis, cricket, and football.
