AUTONOMY RESTORED
PROVINCE OF CATALONIA Press Association— By Telegraph—Copyright MADRID, February 26. (Received February 27, at 2 ip.m.) A decree restoring autonomy to Catalonia has been approved, but, owing to President Zamora’s insistence, it reserves the control of the forces of public order to the Madrid Government, because these forces aided fhe 1934 revolt. It is expected that Senor Companys will again become head of the Catalonian Government.
