Further to the Evicus incident, Mr Rudd states that Evicus’s appearance on Saturday depended on transport to Adelaide being available. This was not forthcoming. He thought the association had been informed of his departure on Friday. Evicus and Emihus Way will race at Adelaide on Saturday.
