PLANS FOR REORGANISATION MR CARR CO-OPTED [Per United Press Association.] TIMARTJ, January 31. The Rev. Clyde Carr, M.P. for Timaru, is 'to bo associated with the Minister of Education (Mr P. Fraser) in the reorganisation of the education system on the basis of the Atmore report. Not only was he, with Mr Fraser, one of the signatories to the report, but he was the only member of the Labour Party who travelled as a member of the Recess Committee of 1929 throughout New Zealand taking the evidence on which the report was based.
