MOSCOW, January 5. (Received January 6, at ,11 a.m.) “ President Roosevelt’s words cannot fail to meet with response from all countries striding for peace,” says ‘ Izvestia.’ “ His words on the spirit of autocracy and aggression will ring loud. It is not difficult to guess that he meant Italy, Japan, and Germany.” The article expresses the opinion that the Neutrality 3iH will make it possible for the league to expend its activities towards peace.
