AGGRIEVED LOVER; “ This young man accused' another man of taking his girl off him, and, fortified with plenty of liquor, met him and started to fight,” said Seniorsergeant Packer of Lloyd Thomas Sims (20), who ,pleaded guilty to .a charge of behaving in a disorderly manner in Custom House square. Sims was very determined, added the senior-sergeant,, but the affray .was quickly stopped. It was at 10.10 last night that it occurred. . ( ’ The Magistrate; There was no serious damage done? . ; ; . Simpson. , After hearing the evidence the magistrate upheld counsel’s contention, that the facts did not disclose “ wilful and obscene” exposure, and; that the incident was the consequence of Hand’s drinking in a nearby hotel, the con-; venience of which was closed when he came out just after 6 p.m. The charge was dismissed.- i
