BRtTAIR AND FRANCE GERMANY SUSPICIOUS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, January 3. (Received January 4, at 11.5 a.m.) The ‘ Manchester Guardian’s ’ Berlin correspondent says that Germany is suspicious of the Franco-British General Staff discussions regarding mutual support in the event of -sanctions: causing conflict. How Germany is to be brought back to the League is more obscure than ever.” GERMANY'S EXPENDITURE ON ARMAHENtS LONDON, January 8.
