It says: “There if no better way of obtaining a broad view of world affairs or the special knowledge required at Canberra.” The paper flays the British service will benefit by a leavening of young dominion representatives and urges as many similar interchanges as possible in order to promote understanding and preserve the common tradition, in which the exchange of teachers has long set a useful example.
