MANY ARRESTS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, July 17. The Tokio correspondent of ‘ The Times ’ says the police have arrested 137 Communists, of whom 37 arc women, on charges of attempting to resuscitate the Japanese Communist Party. An extraordinary feature of the case is the allegation that they were acting under instructions from New York.
