GERMANS PEACE-LOVING
DR MOODY'S IMPRESSION (Put United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, July 18. Dr A. S. Moody, of Dunedin, returned by the Tamaroa to-day. He was impressed with the position of Germany. The people were peace loving, and didn’t want war. There was a great element of tension in Central Europe, but the Press was mostly to blame. He added that conditions in England had greatly improved since his last visit.
