WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION At the meeting of the executive held last evening Miss Hill presided, there being also present Mesdames Sonntag and Nelson, Misses Adams, Lee, Hackle. and Lorimer. The University Club reported on its trip to Christchurch. The report showed that Otago had won two games out of three, having beaten Auckland 7-0, Wellington 4-1, and being beaten by Canterbury 2-0. Three members of the Otago team (Misses Marshall, Stewart, and M'Neur) had been chosen for the New Zealand University team, and Miss Marshall had been honoured by being elected captain of that team.—The secretary was instructed to write and congratulate the Otago University on its meritorious performance. The secretary of the Mamototo Subassociation wrote advising that two clubs had withdrawn this season, and one new one had been formed at Hyde. The secretary of the South Otago Association asked if Otago would play a match against South Otago, suggesting that the match be played in Dunedin on a date to be arranged.—lt was decided to hold the matter over until next week, when other representative matches would also be considered.
