MEN’S ASSOCIATION The monthly meeting of the Executive Committee of the Otago Men’s Hockey Association, held last night, was attended by Messrs D. T. Woodfield (in the chair), A. Barnes, H. Tyrrell, E. Gallon, J. Hayward, E. Rennick, E. H. Calder, J. Ainger, B. Felton. W. M'Queen, H. Pickup, A. Hanna, H. F. Payton, D. Pickard, K. Brown, F. E. L. Forrester, and Dr 0., Eaton. The North Otago Men’s Sub-associa-tion wrote accepting the invitation to send a representative team to Dunedin. —Received-

The Dunedin Lodge of the Theosophical Society wrote suggesting that members of the visiting Indian team might like to give a talk on their country, and offering'its platform on Sunday evening.—Received. A circular letter was received from tho New Zealand Association in connection with! tho Indian team’s visit, stating that 'the manager was not desirous of the members attending public dances; Their cjfjbduct both on and off the held had been of the highest ordeiv—Received. i

Detailed arrangements were made in connection with Saturday’s match against the all-India representative team, and the programme for the visitors’ entertainment was decided. This will include a civic reception, a ,dinner, and a motor tour, and visits to picture theatres if the Indians so desired. Messrs Woodfield, Tyrrell, and Payton were appointed a sub-committee to decide,, if necessary, on Saturday morning whether the ground was in a fit state to play the curtain raiser.

OTAGO TEAM. The following players have been selected to represent Otago against all India on Saturday:—G. S. Botting (left wing), C. Mayston (inside left), E. Rennick (centre forward),, W. Martin (inside right), O. Dey (right wing), D. Ward (vice-captain, left half), H. Hore (captain, centre half), E. W. Densem (right half), K. Wadham (left back). C. Whitburn (right back), H. Pickup (goalkeeper). Reserves—Dr O. Eaton (forward), A. Roberts (half), F. Brebner (back). All players and reserves will meet at the secretary’s office at 7 p.m. to-morrow.
