MISS FLEMING RETAINS TITLE fPKR United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, May 17. Remarkable golf was witnessed this morning in the final round of the Russley women’s open championship. Miss V. Fleming’s score was 74, equal to par, and she retained the championship with an aggregate of 156, which was 14 ahead of ,the runner-up, Miss Beadel. The winner’s approaching and putting were perfect.
