SPANISH GOVERNMENT RESIGNS.
MADRID, March 20.—The Goveminent has resigned owing to dissensions regarding the fate of the Socialist deputy, Pena, who was sentenced to death as the leader of the Aslaurias revolt. The Cabinet, by seven votes to five, supported Scnor Lorroux’s decision to grant a reprieve, and the minority then compelled its resignation.
