MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS DATE.
STOP PRESS
The usual procedure is for the municipal elections to he held on the first Wednesday in May, and this year it falls on May 1. An official announcement has not yet been made, hut it is understood that there is every likelihood of the elections being postponed to the Bth.—Wellington message.
