Sir, —As one of a number who were approached some months ago to subscribe a sum of money to assist the claimant to an estate in _ Scotland known as “The Clippens Millions,” for which a claimant was reported to have gone from Dunedin some years ago with a view to establishing his claim, I understand that there are persons in Dunedin who are conversant with the position, and 1 think in the interest of your readers it would be appreciated if they were made aware of the facts.
