INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER

The Women’s International Board of Missions has linked up the women’s missionary societies of many countries in the observance of a day of united prayer for the work in which they are interested throughout the world. _ Several years ago the Women’s Missionary Societies in New Zealand joined up with this movement. _ In - Dunedin a representative committee has been formed, and a meeting arranged for Friday, March 8, in the First Church Hall, Moray Place. There will be two sessions—morning and afternoon. The world-wide “ theme ” for this year is ‘ Burden Bearing.’ Interesting addresses will be given on missions. Time wIH be devoted to prayer at each session. All women interested in this work are invited to be present and take part in these meetings.
