DUNEDIK MEETING The visiting English athletes (6. L. Rampling, R. Murdoch, J. V.. Powell, and R. M. Craske) arid the Bums (M. Sippala and V. Perasalo) are to appear at a meeting in Dunedin under the auspices of the Otago Centre («./: A.A.A.) on t Wednesday, February -7, tlie fixture commencing at 4.45. The prograirime of events has been drawn up ns follows (entries closing on February 20): — 100yds open handicap, discus throwing handicap, 100yds ladies’ handicap, 220yds hurdles handicap, half-mile cycle handicap, broad jump handicap, 100yds invitation handicap, 440yds invitation handicap, javelin throwing handicap, one-mile open handicap, high jump handicap, 220yds hurdles handicap, 220yds short limit handicap, one-mile cycle handicap, putting the shot handicap, 880yds handicap, one-milo medley relay, handicap. CHAMPIONSHIP EVENTS. The Otago championships are to be held on Saturday, March 2, the programme being arranged as follows: — Putting the shot, junior broad jump, 440 yards, throwing the discus, threemile walk. 120 yards hurdles championship, halt-mile cycle handicap, broad jump, 100 yards ladies’, 100 yards junior, 100 yards senior, javelin throwing championship, half-mile cycle handicap, one mile, hop-step-and-jump, onemile cycle handicap 880 yards junior, 220 yards low hurdles, 220 yards B grade. 220 yards, pole vault, 75 yards ladies handicap, 440 yards, one-mile cycle handicap, ohe-mile walk championship, one-mile B grade, 75 yards ladies’ handicap, hammer throwing, 880 yards, ladies’ high jump, high jump, 440 yards hurdles, three miles and sealed handicap, interclub relay.
