Thirteen persons were killed and seven injured when an express train conveying Herr Hitler to Berlin after- the launching of the Scharnhorst collided with a motor bus, which crashed through the gates of the Kirchlintelm level crossing during a dense fog. The motor bus contained members of a theatrical company, who were hurled in the air. The bus was completely wrecked and the occupants thrown in all directions. The driver brought the train to a standstill. A doctor who was on the train directed first aid pending the arrival of ambulances. _ Herr Hitler personally headed the. train passengers in rescue work.
