(Received December .17, at 1 a.m.) . • Sir ■who was engaged to' watch the Memel courtmartial on December 13' in the interests of the defence, was refused- an entry ticket, owing to the Lithuanian authorities objecting .to information concerning the trial that he. allegedly published. [lnvestigations lasting many months culminated in' the discovery of an alleged plot by Nazis living in the Memel territory to seize a portion of Lithuania and transfer it to Germany by an armed force. As a result 126 Nazis are being tried by a mass courtmartial.] '
