GRENADIER GUARDS BAND
ARRIVAL AT WELLINGTON (Ter United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, December 17. Tho Grenadier Guards Band arrived at Tborndon station at 11.17 to-day from Palmerston North. A huge crowd assembled along the band’s route to the Town Hall, where a civic reception was accorded the members. The band played on its way through- the streets to the accompaniment of great cheering and excitement. En route it halted at the war memorial to lay a wreath.
