AMBASSADORS' DANCE
Another bumper house rewarded _ the energetic Ambassadors’ Dance Committee at the South Dunedin . Town Hall oh Tuesday, when Smith’s Jubilee Band supplied! the music for a'programme of old-time and modern dances. A feature was the' introduction of a novelty in the shape of _ a Cinderella dance > competition. The prize winners were: Monte Carlo, Miss -Nepier and Miss Lind: Cinderella . competition, Mr and Mrs Moodie; second Monte Carlo, Mrs Timlin and Mr Penman; lucky, door competition, Miss Eston and Mr Coxdn. The < committee announces that another dance will be held on Tuesday next, when an outstanding novelty will be introduced in the shape of a picture puzzle dance competition, in addition to a Monte Carlo competition and lucky ■'door numbers. Smith’s Jubilee Band will supply the musio and will feature the latest fox trot number, ‘ Six Women,’ from George White’* successful comedy screen presentation, ‘ Scandals,’ lately shown here. Supper will be provided free of charge.-
